- Aggregate and technical data: Like most websites, our hosting platform automatically logs standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is used only in aggregate to monitor site performance and security, and cannot generally be used to identify you individually.
- Spam-protection data: To keep our contact form free of automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party service that evaluates browser and device signals to distinguish real visitors from bots. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.

- Track and manage prospective client and partner relationships in our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system

- As necessary to protect the Center’s or University’s interests

Advertising & Tracking
apsugis.com does not currently use third-party ad-retargeting tools, such as Google Ads conversion tracking or the Facebook pixel. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Data Retention & Your Choices
Contact form submissions are retained in our website’s database and our internal CRM for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. If you would like your information removed from our systems, contact us using the information below.
